Goal of the intervention
Our teams intervened on a site located in Vergèze to update a software.
This software sets the pressure of the compressed air blown by the blowguns.
An automatic control panel has been previously installed by our teams. Before, the setting of the air pressure was done manually. Now, thanks to this system that is directly linked to the control panel, the setting can be done automatically.
Our customer wanted to automatically set the blowguns so they sent air pressure to 30 bars. He asked our team to update the program while changing the setting.

Now, the program can automatically set the sent air pressure, and fully satisfy our customer’s needs.
What are the benefits
This automatic control makes it easier and quicker to adjust the supplied air pressure, thus reducing machine downtime and maintenance time, as well as providing more accurate setting.
