Goal of the intervention
Our team has intervened to install automatic bottle ejection full electronic systems.
This electronic system manages bottle ejection on 10 section machines. It allows setting the cycle of the machine, the drum rotation in degree, and section delays.
Once set, the system ejects bottles according to a set of rules that have been given by the machine (for example the press time, the press sinking…)
What are the benefits?
It is possible, thanks to this system, to set the machine process according to the results: if, for example, the pressing is too slow with a low sinking, that means that the glass drop was too thick. The process must then be set according to those results.
Our team here will install, adapt and will do the post-installation setting for the machine, as indicated in our intervention process.
